The Hot Line product group is a series of furniture designed according to the European cold furniture standard especially for different uses in restaurants and commercial kitchens. Efficient modular construction
Due to the flexible modular construction it is easy to find the most suitable and individual combination. The optional Hot Line cabinets with doors, drawers and basins are GN measured. If necessary, it is possible to enhance the function of the cabinet by fitting a top level above the cabinet. Different modules are available also for the top level, such as an illuminating infrared heater instead of a standard lamp.
Durable and reliable
Covers, doors, drawers and other parts of the Hot Line furniture that are heavily used are made of stainless steel. The edges of the Bain Marie (BM) basins are rounded and on the front edge of the unit there is a water outlet valve. GN1/1 ’H’ frames with dividers for small dishes in the BM basins are included in the standard supply. Energy efficient
The internal and external surfaces of the cabinet are made of stainless steel and the frame insulation of 50 mm is made of HCFC and CFC free urethane. Due to the sensible heating solution and good insulation the energy consumption is minimal. The electronic controllers with temperature displays ensure and guarantee an exact temperature control.
User-friendly
Ergonomic GN measured Hot Line units are easy and safe in use. Due to good insulation they do not radiate any unnecessary heat into the ambient air. The digital temperature display and control unit controls the unit temperature for you. The air circulation enhanced by a fan guarantees a steady circulation of warm air inside the cabinet. Easy to clean and maintain
No tools are required to remove drawers, rails or runners so that cleaning and maintenance of the furniture is really simple and easy. Also the handles and magnetic gaskets of the modules are easy to remove without tools.
