Panel system
Insulation
Each panel is filled with high density, foamed in place, rigid polyurethane, to a density of not less than 40 kg/m3. The expanding agent is CFC/HCFC free. Panels are manufacture with a choice of thicknesses which are 65, 75, 100, 150 mm. The majority of rooms manufactured do not normally require any structural support or frame and the panels are self-supporting. But in certain circumstance such as extra long spans or if there are numerous apertures required on the room, then some support may be required.
Metal surface sheets
Standard material / finish
- Hot-dipped galvanised steel sheet , which is coated with food use approved polyester, colour white RAL 9010.
Optional metal surface finishes.
- Hot dipped galvanised steel sheet with a PVDF coating.
- Various options of stainless steel finished
- Also thickness of steel sheet can be supplied up to 1.0mm thick.
Panel connection
- All panel elements are joined by the use of eccentric action camlocks which effectively join the panels and with a
second action pulls them closely together, for all round strength and rigidity. - An effective male/female joint is effected by fitting additional insulation between the joints to ensure there is no frost
bridge or air ingression into the room. - Silicon mastic can be applied between joints to avoid ingression of dirt and make panels easy to clean.
